Description
The Leaf Footed Bug is a sap sucking insect and known as a True Bug, belonging to the classification Hemiptera which includes stink bugs, plant hoppers, lantern bugs, etc. This is the first in a series of True Bugs, which are an interesting, diverse and colourful group of insects. Most will be bugs that I have seen and photographed personally but I will include a few that are just too spectacular to leave out, that are found on other continents. Insects and Spiders play a key role in the life cycle and ecosystem of our planet and should be appreciated and marvelled at. I wish to let the viewer appreciate their beauty in a safe way that abolishes the phobias and stigmas of this wonderful macro world.
